It affects the basic systems of the body such as blood and lymph circulation and the movement system. Its circulatory regulating effect ensures that pain caused by tension is relieved and toxins accumulated in the metabolism are removed from the body through the lymph. When the parasympathetic system is activated, metabolism is balanced, sleep is regulated and the body is allowed to heal itself.

It reduces physical and mental tension caused by various ailments, stimulates the entire body and revitalizes blood circulation, contributes to the regulation of breathing, helps to remove toxins accumulated in muscles and joints from the body and revitalizes the person. It is a dry massage performed on a floor bed with your clothes on.

I was born in Antalya in the summer of 1994.
I graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Sociology.
I love reading, writing, drawing, making music, touching, listening, walking, animals, nature and all forms of movement.
I have been working as a pilates and yoga instructor in various gyms, pilates and yoga studios since 2018.
Helping thousands of people connect with their bodies, always learning and teaching makes me feel like I am fulfilling my purpose in this life.
With the introduction of Thai massage into my life, both my lessons and my own work began to change and transform. Getting to know Qigong, merging with the elements and seeing the manifestations of all of them in life opened new doors in my mind. In fact, the effects of music and instruments, which have always been in my life, on healing myself, seeing how much I love touching with the production and nature of my hands and the connection of everything nourished and grew me. It also became my job to nourish and grow from whatever I was nourished by.
The awareness circles I have opened in recent years, the inner child and shadow studies we have conducted, and the Artist's Path meetings are also among the areas where I offer my services.
These are all things that define Gülçin to some extent. She is someone who always finds new things while searching for her own path and enjoys combining them. She is someone who likes to touch you and find something new about herself in everyone, who likes to add what she finds to her path, and who is curious about herself years later🌷

I was born and raised in Ankara. Sports have been an important part of my life since my childhood. I started sports by joining the athletics team during my primary school years. Over time, my connection with sports grew stronger; I sweated in football matches and participated in cycling races. This process made sports not just an activity but a part of my life. Today, I spend time for myself both physically and mentally by running and cycling.
I followed the fields I was passionate about in my education and graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Communication. However, my passion for sports led me to a different path. My interest in sports and my desire to understand how the body works led me to receive massage therapy training. Today, I continue to deepen my massage studies and work diligently to create a safe space. Turkey's first Massage Festival Blooming Touch Fest. I am part of the organization team.
